As those interested in New York sports betting anxiously await mobile apps early registration to begin, several of the approved sports betting platforms have poked the public during the past two weeks with “Coming Soon” or “Stay Posted” social media posts on Twitter, TV commercials or radio spots.
The nine operators, which were approved by the New York State Gaming Commission on Nov. 8, are: Caesars, FanDuel NY, DraftKingsNY, BetMGM NY, Bally Bet, Rush Street Interactive (parent company of BetRivers), WynnBET, PointsBet and Resorts World.
Here is a look at some of those teasers:
Earlier this week, Caesars Sportsbook debuted a TV commercial on local affiliates in Manhattan, where Caesar and Cleopatra are in a taxi cab saying the sportsbook is coming soon to New York.
The graphic at the end of the TV commercial provides info on how you can download the Caesars Sportsbook app when pre-registration occurs.
